How We Work
A structured four-phase delivery cycle — from discovery to handover — designed to produce working systems in 12 weeks.
Week 1–2
Week 3–4
Week 5–10
Week 11–12
Typical engagement: 12 weeks from kickoff to handover.
Week 1–2
"Map the reality, not the assumption."
We start by understanding how your business actually operates — not how it's supposed to. We audit your data sources, map your workflows, interview your team, and identify where visibility is missing and where manual work is consuming capacity.
What You Receive
Week 3–4
"Architecture before code."
Before we build anything, we design the system. We define the data architecture, the platform structure, the automation logic, and the knowledge layer. You review and approve the design before a single line of code is written.
What You Receive
Week 5–10
"Working systems, not prototypes."
We build the platforms, pipelines, and automations defined in the design phase. Weekly check-ins keep you informed and give you the opportunity to refine as we go. Everything is built to be handed over — documented, tested, and owned by your team.
What You Receive
Week 11–12
"You own it. You run it."
We hand over the systems with full documentation and team training. The goal is that your team can run, maintain, and extend everything we've built without needing us. We remain available for support, but dependency on Orden is never the design.
